Conditions and legal terms of the service
IFEMA MADRID places at your disposal on the Internet a direct and exclusive channel of communication for exhibitors at its events, one which has been developed to ease, smooth and optimise your presence at the exhibition. Under the name of the "EXHIBITORS' AREA" , this channel forms part of the services offered to you as anexhibitor at any of IFEMA MADRID 's events. This interactive service is accessible at www.ifema.es , and from any website of those exhibitions organised by IFEMA MADRID
In the Exhibitors ' Area, every exhibitor may view and request information of interest in connection with their participation at the event.
To access the Exhibitors' Area , you should use your exclusive Username and Password, which IFEMA MADRID provides to its exhibitors once they have booked their place at an exhibition, having allowed enough time before it begins. For greater comfort, you can personalise your username from the menu option corresponding to the EXHIBITION AREA.
IFEMA MADRID will send the User Name and Password to the addressee representing the exhibitor in his dealings with IFEMA MADRID . This information is confidential. It is the exhibitor's responsibility to avoid its improper use by third parties. IFEMA MADRID cannot accept any responsibility for this.
If an exhibitor wishes to confirm or change the identity of the addressee, he should contact the Fair Management concerned, making his request by e-mail at datacom@ifema.es or by letter to IFEMA MADRID, Dpto. DataCom, apartado de correos28042 Madrid.
Conditions of access
- To access this area for the first time, you should exclusively use the UserName sent by IFEMA MADRID . When you enter the User Name and Password the system will check the validity of the combination. Afterwards, for greater comfort, you can personalise your username from the menu option corresponding to the EXHIBITION AREA.
- If the combination is incorrect, the user will be informed in the message "user/password not valid."
- After three wrong attempts at access by the user, the account will automatically be blocked. To unblock the account, you should telephone Customer Service at telephone +34 91 722 30 00.
- The user may change his password at any time. The password should contain between four and nine alphanumeric characters and not coincide with the User Name code.
- When you access the service for the first time, you will need to change password. The new password must notbe the same as the one sent by IFEMA MADRID
- This application uses cookies and therefore they should be enabled on the browser.
- Deactivate any pop-up blocker software.
- On the access screen you should check the box "REMEMBER PASSWORD" which allows the system in the future to recognise the PC from which the box has been checked.
