Access clause to Exhibitors’ Area of IFEMA MADRID

In accordance with the provisions of current legislation on personal data, we inform you about the treatment of your personal data:
Data Controller: IFEMA MADRID – Feria de Madrid (Q/2873018B). Purposes: (i) to access Ifema’s Services Catalogue,and (ii) to manage the services you may contract. Legal basis: data subject’s consent and/or contractual relationship. Recipients: your data may be conveyed to IFEMA MADRID contributors and exhibitors (you can consult them at www.ifema.es); and to the administrative and judicial authorities as required by law. You are herebyinformed that your data may be subject to internationaltransfer to third countries, both to our processing services and to the IFEMA MADRID Office in the exhibitor's country of origin, which you can familiarise yourself with in the "Ifema Internacional" area of our website. Retention: your data shall be kept on file for the execution of the contractual relationship and as long as the consent is not revoked, as well as during the corresponding prescription periods. Rights: you may access, rectify, delete, limit or oppose processing, request portability and withdraw consent by writing to Avda. del Partenón 5 (28042), Madrid, Spain, or by sending an email to protecciondedatos@ifema.es, indicating the following in the subject line: "Exercise of Rights Request for Catalogue Services" indicating fair or event and including your name and National Identity Document number.
